Processing Time

In-stock orders are processed as soon as payment and order details have been successfully confirmed.

Made-to-order, customized or special pieces may require additional production time. Estimated production and delivery times will be communicated where applicable.

Shipping Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method and customs processing.

International deliveries typically take approximately 7–20 business days, depending on the destination. Express shipping may be available for selected locations at an additional cost.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight and selected delivery method.

Shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes or other fees that may be imposed by the destination country.
