Placing an Order

Select your desired item, size and available options before adding the product to your shopping bag. Review your order carefully before proceeding to checkout.

At checkout, provide your contact and delivery information, select an available payment method and complete your purchase.

Order Confirmation

After successfully placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or another available contact method.

Order Changes

For orders that have not yet been dispatched, GVLux may accommodate one order change, subject to product availability and order status.

Once an order has entered the shipping process, changes may no longer be possible.
