Every GVLux piece is crafted with careful attention to fabric, construction and finishing. To preserve the beauty, shape and quality of your garment, we recommend handling each piece with care.

General Care

Always refer to the care label attached to your garment before cleaning. For delicate, structured, embellished or specialty fabrics, professional dry cleaning is recommended.

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat, moisture, perfume, cosmetics and other chemicals, as these may affect the colour or surface of the fabric.

Do not use bleach or harsh detergents unless specifically permitted on the garment care label.

Storage

Store garments in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Structured pieces should be kept on suitable hangers to maintain their shape, while delicate or embellished garments should be stored carefully to prevent pulling or friction.

For long-term storage, we recommend using a breathable garment bag rather than plastic packaging.

Special and Embellished Pieces

Beading, embroidery, feathers, sequins and other handcrafted details require additional care. Avoid excessive friction, pulling or contact with sharp objects.

Due to the handcrafted nature of certain GVLux pieces, slight variations in finishing may occur and are part of the individuality of each garment.

GVLux offers domestic and international delivery to selected destinations.

Processing Time

In-stock orders are processed as soon as payment and order details have been successfully confirmed.

Made-to-order, customized or special pieces may require additional production time. Estimated production and delivery times will be communicated where applicable.

Shipping Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method and customs processing.

International deliveries typically take approximately 7–20 business days, depending on the destination. Express shipping may be available for selected locations at an additional cost.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight and selected delivery method.

Shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes or other fees that may be imposed by the destination country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Please allow approximately 2–3 business days for tracking information to become available after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. GVLux cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses, customs procedures, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

The recipient is responsible for all applicable duties, taxes and customs charges required by local authorities.

GVLux does not determine or control these charges and is unable to predict their exact amount. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information before placing an international order.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, taxes or customs charges, any costs associated with the return - including shipping, duties, taxes or handling fees - may be deducted from the amount eligible for refund or store credit.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn and unused, in their original condition, free from stains, perfume, alterations or damage, and returned with all original tags, labels, accessories and packaging.

Proof of purchase and an unboxing video may be required to process your request.

Please contact GVLux Customer Care and receive confirmation before returning any item.

Non Exchangeable Items

We are unable to accept exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged or soiled after delivery.

Customized, made-to-order, gifted, discounted and Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange unless otherwise stated.

Exchange Shipping

Unless the exchange is required due to an error or confirmed defect from GVLux, customers are responsible for return shipping, reshipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes.

Returned packages should be sent using a trackable shipping service. Customers must provide the tracking number after dispatch.

GVLux cannot be held responsible for returned packages lost in transit without valid tracking information.

Exchange Value

Exchange value is calculated based on the original purchase price of the product and excludes original shipping charges, taxes, duties and other associated fees.

Where the replacement item has a lower value, the remaining balance may be issued as GVLux Store Credit for a future purchase.
